Choose a soft, ripened brie.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface.
Place the brie in the center of the pastry.
Spread the fig jam over the top of the brie.
Sprinkle chopped rosemary and walnuts on top.
Wrap the pastry around the brie, sealing the edges.
Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving with crackers.
Notes
Serve warm; drizzle with honey for extra sweetness!
