Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill over medium heat.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
Brush the cut sides of peaches with olive oil.
Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
Flip peaches and drizzle with honey; grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
While peaches are grilling, toast the baguette slices on the grill until golden brown.
Layer grilled peach halves on toasted baguette slices.
Top with burrata, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with fresh basil.
Notes
For a hint of spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes on top.
