Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat for frying.
In a bowl, toss shrimp with salt, white pepper, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
Fry shrimp in hot oil until golden and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, honey, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
