Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
Stir in cauliflower rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
Stuff each pepper with the beef and cauliflower mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until peppers are tender.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some chopped herbs or spices to the beef mixture. Serve with a fresh salad!
