Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions. Set aside when done.
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
Marinate the sliced beef in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
In a skillet, heat a bit of oil and cook beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add corn to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
Serve the beef and corn mixture over the cooked rice, garnishing with green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of sriracha or sesame seeds when serving.
