Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
Sear the steak for about 7-8 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the steak, cover the skillet, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread or a side salad. For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
