Preparation Steps
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice, honey, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
Marinate turkey medallions in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add turkey medallions to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Pour the remaining marinade over the turkey and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the turkey is cooked through.
