Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
