Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, butter, and brown sugar.
Stir until melted and smooth, then add in the vanilla extract.
In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, and cinnamon together.
Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it cool completely before breaking into clusters.
