Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie pan or baking dish.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, serve with whipped cream or a dusting of cinnamon on top.
