Instructions
Cooking Steps
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions until tender.
While the noodles cook, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
Stir the sauce mixture until smooth and well combined.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the snap peas for 2-3 minutes.
Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet with snap peas.
Pour the sauce over the noodles, mix well, and cook for an additional minute.
Serve hot, garnished with cilantro if desired.
Notes
Serve with lime wedges for extra zing and sprinkle with crushed peanuts for crunch.
