Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring until melted.
Once melted, add the pecans to the mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
Scoop tablespoon-sized clusters onto the lined baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
