Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, bread crumbs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Form the mixture into four equal patties.
Grill the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
During the last few minutes of grilling, top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing the grilled patties on the hoagie rolls and adding barbecue sauce and pickles.
Notes
Serve with coleslaw or potato chips for a tasty side dish. For extra zing, add sliced jalapeƱos!
