Preparation Steps
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and onion; sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.
Add sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Stir in chili paste and cook for another 2 minutes to develop flavors.
