Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in broccoli and carrots. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until veggies are tender.
In a bowl, combine gochujang, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well.
Add the cooked noodles to the turkey and veggies. Pour the sauce over and toss to combine thoroughly.
Cook everything together for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Notes
Serve warm and sprinkle with sesame seeds for extra crunch. You can add sliced green onions for garnish.
