Instructions
Preparation Steps
Start by cooking the rice according to package instructions. Allow it to cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and cilantro. Mix well.
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash it lightly with a fork and set aside.
Take the tostada shells and spread a layer of rice on each.
Top each rice-covered tostada with the spicy tuna mixture, then add a spoonful of mashed avocado on top.
Garnish with additional cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For added crunch, top with pickled jalapeƱos. These tostadas also pair well with a refreshing salsa.
