Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper to seal tightly, forming a pouch.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook wontons for about 5-6 minutes or until they float.
In a separate pan, heat the chili sauce over medium heat. Once heated, add in cooked wontons and stir gently.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Adjust the heat level by adding more or fewer pepper flakes.
