Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in chopped kale and cook until wilted.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine thoroughly.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with extra Parmesan on top. You can add grilled chicken for additional protein!
