Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning and salsa, simmer for 5 minutes.
Layer half of the uncooked lasagna noodles in a baking dish.
Spread half the beef mixture over noodles, then half the sour cream and onions.
Sprinkle half the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with fresh cilantro and sour cream for extra flavor. Great for family dinners or potlucks.
